Code of Conduct

Denville Girls Softball program is about the players. Coaches and parents must act appropriately at all times to help maximize the enjoyment of the players. The code of conduct for parents, recreation league coaches and travel division coaches can be accessed by clicking on one of the following links.

Insurance and Medical Forms

• PAL Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Form - This form is required for all players in the Denville PAL Girls Softball recreation divisions and all players on the Denville Blue Devils travel teams.
• Consent for Treatment Form - This form is required for all players participating in the Babe Ruth District Championship Tournament.
